After practicing martial arts and offering self-defense courses, Chafic realized that there is a great need to feel safe while walking or jogging in the evening and at night. Two years of diligent development work, with many trips to China, took him to develop a good, stylish prototype for a multi-function assault alarm. Chafic's biggest lesson has been how important it is to monitor and quality assure production - it's only when sales begin that the real feedback from the market happens. Production is a difficult process, it's important to be patient.
