This clever cake mix scoop has a practical silicone plunger that makes it easy to get the cake mix off the scoop and into the cupcake mould. The cake mix scoop and plunger keep things clean and tidy when baking and also help you get evenly sized cupcakes.
Scoop out the mix from the mixing bowl and use your thumb to push the plunger downwards so it portions the cake mix into the mould. You can easily control how much cake mix goes into the mould so that you can get the same amount in each mould.
The plunger also works as a spatula and wipes the scoop clean each time you portion out the cake mix so that none goes to waste. The scoop has a built-in stand so that you can lay the scoop aside without the table getting sticky.
