How do I attach the suction cup hook on wooden furniture and walls?
For wooden furniture, walls, and other materials that has a rougher texture, you can use the accompanying mounting pad. Remove the protective paper and attach the mounting pad to the surface. Wait a few minutes, then attach the suction cup hook to the mounting pad.

How do I attach the suction cup hook on plain and even surfaces?
On plain and even surfaces, such as glass and tiles, the hook can be mounted without the mounting pad. The strong suction cup sits firmly when you attach it to the mirror, the shower wall, or the tiles in your bathroom.

How much weight can the suction cup hook hold?
It depends on which surface you mount it to. The hook works best when it is attached to glass or tiles where it can hold up to approximately 450g without falling down. The glue on the self-adhesive mounting pad is made to loosen quicker. The reason for this is so it will not leave marks on the wall if the load on the hook is too heavy and it falls down.

What do I do if the suction cups become flat after use?
Place them in hot water for a while, and they will regain their original form. Make sure that both the surface and the suction cup are clean before you attach the cup. Clean the suction cup by wiping it off with a damp cloth.
